Please read the following carefully. By shopping at Diva's Clothing (divasclothing.in), you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set forth below. Diva's Clothing may modify this agreement at any time, and such modifications shall be effective immediately upon posting of the modified agreement on the site.

2. Copyright

All content included on divasclothing.in, such as text, graphics, logos, images, digital downloads, data compilations and software, is the property of Diva's Clothing or its content suppliers and protected by India and international copyright laws.

The compilation of all content on this site is the exclusive property of Diva's Clothing and is protected by India and international copyright laws.

3. Product Descriptions

Diva's Clothing attempts to be as accurate as possible with its product descriptions. However, Diva's Clothing does not warrant that product descriptions or other content of this site is completely accurate, complete, reliable, current or error-free. Slight colour variation of outfits is possible.

4. Stitching Errors & Omissions

While utmost care is taken to ensure that the items are stitched as per the measurements provided, there can still be some chances of errors and omissions. We recommend you to choose the size by referring to our Size Guide while placing your order.

5. Cancellation of Orders

You can cancel your order within 12 hours of placing an order. After that, orders cannot be cancelled as they are put under the processing stage. By making a purchase, you agree that you cannot cancel the orders after 12 hours of placing an order.

If any item is unavailable after the customer has placed the order, we would happily refund for that particular product. All cancellations will be in the form of store credit / refund to your account.

6. Colour & Description Disclaimer

The details of the products or product specifications (for instance weight, colour, handwork details, size, etc.) quoted with the product displays are only approximate values.

While every endeavour has been made to accurately reproduce colours, there may be minor variations in colour of the actual product because of the nature of fabric dyes, weather at the time of dyeing, and differences in display output due to lighting and digital photography and colour settings and capabilities of monitors.

A customer must place an order keeping in mind this minor variation in colour as seen on a computer screen against the actual colour of the outfit received.

We firmly believe that all the customers who order online are aware that colours seen on a monitor will be slightly different as compared to the actual outfits or accessories ordered.

It is practically impossible for us to replicate the same colours on an outfit as seen on your monitor. A variation in the shade selected by you is considered as a normal practice as these garments have a tendency to reflect different shades of a colour under different light and weather, type of camera used for photography, or type and settings on the computer monitor.

We wish to clarify and ascertain that every customer who orders any outfit from Diva's Clothing is aware of this genuine problem.

7. Beads & Sequins — Missing or Coming Off

We believe that customers who are ordering items with sequence and other beaded embroidery are aware of the fact that these shiny embellishments have a tendency to come off. Even with the best of handling and care, this cannot be avoided altogether.

Many a time during strict physical checking at customs during transit, more than usual sequences and beads come off. Many a time it may happen that you open a box and find some pieces falling down on the floor. Or you wear the dress and in a few hours you might lose some of them.
